POTSDAM -- The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) will be milling on Lawrence Avenue in the Village of Potsdam, St. Lawrence County in preparation for paving.
Milling is scheduled to begin the morning of Tuesday, Aug. 16 and is expected to be complete by 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 18.
Paving is expected to begin Aug. 22 and be complete by the end of the week.
