BRASHER -- St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies seized $30,000 from vehicle and charged a passenger with possessing a small amount of marijuana following a traffic stop Jan. 10.
Nadine Pierce, 35, of Hogansburg, was issued several traffic tickets, according to deputies. Jordan Francis, 33, of Hogansburg, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
A search of the vehicle was conducted after a K9 alerted deputies. Deputies found $30,000 in the vehicle, which was seized. The vehicle was also seized.
The investigation remains underway, according to deputies.
