OGDENSBURG – Ogdensburg City Council will hold public hearings Monday at 7 p.m. to discuss property sales and a lease with T-Mobile Northeast LLC.
The public will have a chance to comment on the sale of 13 city-owned properties to the Ogdensburg Land Bank Corporation.
The Land Bank will then use grant funding to rehabilitate and demolish buildings on those properties to make them marketable for sale.
A second hearing will allow people to comment on an agreement between the city and T-Mobile that will allow the company to use equipment on publically-owned property.
The council will vote on resolutions related to both hearings. Additionally council will vote on a hold-harmless agreement with the county as well as a resolution state environmental quality review act.
And executive session will be held to discuss the employment history of a particular person.
