A Potsdam company recently completed a good-sized job at a New Hampshire state park in three days.

Decks Docks and Beyond LLC of Potsdam landed a contract with the State of New Hampshire to sell and install over 500 feet of aluminum docks at Umbagog State Park near Errol, N.H.

The docks were installed over three days by Potsdam natives Steve Greene and his son Dan Greene, Noah Throop, Kevin Allott and Ed White.

The trip was highlighted by beautiful scenery in the White Mountains, sightings of moose, eagles and a black bear that was nearly struck as it emerged from a river bank in front of a company truck.

Decks Docks and Beyond LLC, Potsdam was formed in 2005 by Steve Greene and has grown to service all of northern New York and the Adirondack mountain region with occasional work such as the New Hampshire job out of the area.

The company has a large display area with docks and boat lifts at 212 Highland Rd., Massena.
