OGDENSBURG -- Ogdensburg Volunteer Rescue Squad members recently gave Upstate Medical Center students a tour during their recent visit to Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center for "Rural Immersion Week."
The group included Claire Englert of Massena.
Rural Immersion is a program that was introduced in New York by Northern Area Health Education Center in 2013, and seeks to introduce medical students to small town communities experiencing physician shortages.
