OGDENSBURG -- An Ogdensburg man charged with making meth in January and with selling crack earlier this week was jailed without bail Thursday for selling the same drug, according to state police.
Blane A. Fisher, 26, of Ogdensburg was charged on a sealed indictment warrant from St. Lawrence County Court for selling methamphetamine.
He was charged with two counts of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class D felony.
Fisher was arraigned at the St. Lawrence County Court and jailed without bail. He is to return to the court on April 15.
State Police were assisted by the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force and Ogdensburg Police Department.
In January Fisher was charged with manufacturing meth after an active lab was discovered in the upstairs of a Canton Street home. The hazardous nature of the lab used to make the meth forced police to evacuate the building.
