NORWOOD -- At a recent meeting, Norwood Kiwanis learned about the Indian Creek Nature Center in Rensselaer Falls.
Joan Howlett, who serves on the board of directors at the center, joined Kiwanians at their dinner meeting Monday, Jan. 7, and presented an overview of the center’s programs and projects.
The center serves as an outreach and educational center, providing special programs for schools, field days, events ranging from identifying flowers, star gazing, snowshoeing, and much more.
