LISBON — A Hermon man was jailed for allegedly having sexual contact with a 13-year old girl, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
John E. Carlin, 50, was charged with second-degree criminal sex act, felony, second-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, officers said.
The alleged incident took place on Feb. 4.
Carlin was arraigned in Lisbon court by Justice Fonda and held on $5,000 bail and $10,000 bond, troopers said.
