HANNAWA FALLS -- A Hannawa Falls teen was arrested after threatening a female at his residence with a knife, according to St. Lawrence County Sheriff's deputies.
Jose L. Lozardi IV, 19, of 5817 State Rt. 56, allegedly refused to let the victim leave the house Sunday and threatened her with a knife, but she reportedly escaped and went to another house about a mile and a half away. Lizardi allegedly followed her there.
Lizardi is charged with felony counts of criminal contempt, unlawful imprisonment, and assault, and misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief, criminal possession of a weapon, and menacing.
Lizardi was arraigned before Pierrepont Town Justice Camp and held on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
Deputies were assisted by the Potsdam Police Department and New York State Police.
