GOUVERNEUR – State police have charged Levi G. Love, 17, Gouverneur, with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following an investigation into alleged drug use on a Gouverneur school bus on Sept. 8.
Love allegedly snorted a powderized pill while on a bus en route t o school.
He was issued an appearance ticket for Fowler Town Court on Oct. 5.
