GOUVERNEUR — A Gouverneur man was charged with three felonies following a larceny complaint Sunday afternoon, according to state police.
Robert F. Horton, 20, was charged with third-degree burglary and two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny, all felonies, police said.
He was also cited for false written statement and invalid use of a credit card with intent to cause fraud, troopers said.
Horton was cited and released.
