FOWLER -- An inmate at St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility was charged Wednesday after allegedly violating an order of protection against his girlfriend and daughter, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Paul K. Willard, 36, Edwards, now an inmate at St. Lawrence County Jail, was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt, officers said.
Deputies said the violation orders came from Fowler and St. Lawrence County courts following an incident last year in which Edwards was charged with kidnapping, burglary, menacing and other charges. To read more about the kidnapping, see story.

Deputies said they also charged Jason C. Brunette, 28, Edwards, with conspiracy for allegedly assisting Willard in violating the order of protection.
Both men are to answer the charges in Canton court next month, officers said.
