MADRID — The Madrid man who was charged Saturday with ramming a person’s car during an alleged domestic violence incident was jailed Tuesday for violating a no contact order of protection, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Leslie J. George Jr., 43, of 2340 State Rte. 310, was charged with a felony count of first-degree criminal contempt, deputies said.
George reportedly had contact with a protected party.
He was arraigned in Madrid court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Jail on $2,500 bail, officers said.
