The state Department of Environmental Conservation has released information on five people whose cases of arrests by conservation officers in St. Lawrence County have been adjudicated.
DEC reported the charges the third week of April.
They are:
• Michael Vondell, 23, Rt. 11, Mexico; ticket 1/12/16 in Town of Macomb, operating over the limit of tip-ups, in court 2/11/16; fine $75, court surcharge $75; Judge Ceresoli
• C.E. L. Robbins, 43, Pickering St., Ogdensburg; ticket 10/23/15 in Town of Hammond, unsafe pass; in court 12/3/15, fine $10, court surcharge $93; Judge Sheridan
• Robert L. Rathbun, 24, Quarry Rd., Gouverneur; ticket 4/8/15 in Town of Gouverneur, unlawful disposal of solid waste; in court 3/3/16, fine $200, court surcharge $2.50; Judge Young, Jr.
• John C. Hurtley, 57, Congress St., Ogdensburg; ticket 11/23/15, Town of Macomb, possess loaded firearm in a motor vehicle; in court 12/10/15; fine $200, court surcharge $2.50; Judge Ceresoli
• Edward J. Meashaw, Jr., 39, Hailesboro St., Gouverneur, ticket 1/21/16 in Town of Macomb, littering waters of the state; in court 2/1/16; fine $75, court surcharge $75; Judge Ceresoli
