POTSDAM -- St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force members have revealed that a SUNY Potsdam student arrested yesterday sold cocaine to undercover agents.
Charles A. Attard, 18, was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance following an investigation by Potsdam Police and drug task force members.
Police said Attard was jailed on $5,000 after the task force seized $1,600 in proceeds.
Police said the arrest occurred Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
Attard was sent to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
Police said additional charges are pending.
