RUSSELL – A Canton man was sent to county jail on bail after receiving felony charges for slashing the tires of six vehicles on the Russell-Pyrites Road, according to St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies.
Christopher L. Hale, 32, 3 Coakley Rd., Canton, was charged with three counts of third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony, and three counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor.
Deputies allege Hale slashed tires on six separate vehicles owned by six individuals.
He was arraigned in Russell Town Court in front of Judge Pike and send to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond. He is to reappear in court on April 2.
