The St. Lawrence University men's tennis team (4-2) moved to #14 in the Northeast Region in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) rankings.
Coming off a 2-1 week in Orlando, FL, the Saints defeated Schreiner University and Carthage College (17th in the Central Region) but fell to McMurry University (9th in the West Region).
St. Lawrence will face several tough teams as it returns to the North Country, including regionally ranked Ithaca (17th), Rochester (16th) and Hamilton (20th), as well as Skidmore, who is 10th in the region and 24th in National Rankings.
The Scarlet and Brown will kick off its Northeast schedule this weekend, traveling to Ithaca on Saturday and RPI on Sunday. The matches are scheduled to start at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm, respectively.
