Three first half goals were too much for the Clarkson University Women's Soccer team who lost to RIT 4-0 on Saturday afternoon.
Clarkson is now 4-4-0 overall and 0-1-0 in the Liberty League and RIT is 5-2-1 with a 1-0-0 conference mark.
The Tigers got on the board with two goals in the 24th minute. First Riley Yankowich scored when a rebound fell to her and then 45 seconds later, Sami Alur scored RIT's second goal. Mia White added a third goal in the 38th minute to give RIT a 3-0 lead at halftime.
The Tigers scored a fourth goal when leading scorer Anka Parzych scored off a rebound in the 60th minute.
RIT held a 16-5 edge in shots and took ten corner kicks. Nicole Zlotnick made five saves in goal for Clarkson while Sienna Fisher had three stops for the Tigers.
The Golden Knights' next game is on September 30th when Clarkson travels to play Vassar.
