POTSDAM -- A Parishville man charged with harassment Saturday afternoon was cited for fourth degree stalking three hours later for allegedly following a victim around the village, according to village police.
Ronald E. Dishaw Jr., 48, was cited for harassment at 8:30 p.m. after the victim entered the police station and reported he had been following her around, police said.
Earlier, at 5:30 p.m., state police charged Dishaw with second degree harassment in connection with an incident in Potsdam reported on Dec. 2. He was arrested at 3523 George St., Parishville.
Then, at 6:30 p.m., Jordan S. Dishaw, also of Parishville, was also charged with second degree harassment in connection with the same case. He was charged at the University Plaza on U.S. Hwy. 11 in Canton, state police said.
