GOUVERNEUR -- Norman C. Butler, 24, face multiple charges following the sale of a firearm in Pitcairn Wednesday, state police say.
Norman C. Butler, 24, was charged with private firearm sale, fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon and purchase/disposal of a weapon.
He was jailed following the incident, according to state police.
