OSWEGATCHIE — A Heuvelton woman was charged with driving while intoxicated Monday following a property-damage accident, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Heather M. Spell, 37, was charged with first-offense DWI following a one vehicle accident on Irish Settlement Road, officers said.
Her blood alcohol content (BAC) was allegedly .17 percent.
She was also cited for speed not reasonable or prudent, deputies said.
She is to appear in Oswegatchie court at a later date to face the charge, police said.
