PIERREPONT – Brent G. Carbino, 32, 166 Tucker Rd., Colton, has been charged with felony driving while intoxicated after leaving a property damage accident Tuesday night.
State police said Carbino’s blood alcohol level was at .22 percent, nearly three times the .08 percent threshold for a DWI charge.
Troopers said Carbino was charged with DWI, unreasonable speed, and leaving the scene of the accident, and was arraigned before Town of Pierrepont Justice Camp, and was released to the supervision of probation authorities.
