What does it say about our representative in Congress that she keeps making false attacks on her challenger?
Elise Stefanik has consistently misrepresented Tedra Cobb’s record as a county legislator.
And what does it say about Stefanik that she keeps resorting to childish name-calling in her TV ads? Shouldn’t we in the North Country be able to expect a little civility from our rep?
If, after nearly 4 years in Washington, the best Stefanik can do is to smear her opponent with silly name-calling and falsehoods, it is high time she be replaced.
If, after nearly 4 years in Washington, the only way Stefanik can campaign at all is to rely on massive donations from far away special interest groups and out-of-state PACs who have no particular connection to our way of life in Northern New York, it is time for a change.
As a neighbor of Tedra Cobb’s for over 20 years, I know how tirelessly committed she will be once she goes to Washington to represent us. I remember her banging nails when she and her hubby built their house by hand. And I have known her to work magic to help people come together in community meetings. Her energy knows no bounds! She is the kind of problem-solver we in the 21st District deserve.
(And for good measure, Tedra actually does live in Northern New York!)
This is our chance to vote for a genuine representative. Please, on November 6, cast your vote for Tedra Cobb!
