Barry Fretwell of Gouverneur, serving with the Company B (military intelligence), 27th Brigade Special Troops Battalion was promoted to specialist.
Jordan Durham of Gouverneur, serving with the Company B (maintenance), 427th Brigade Support Battalion was promoted to private first class.
Donald Santamoor of De Kalb Junction, serving with the Company C, recruiting and retention was promoted to staff sergeant.
Ethan Fleury of Massena, serving with the 206th Military Police Company was promoted to private.
Brandyn Stevens of Renssalear Falls, serving with the Company B, 2-108th Infantry was promoted to private.
