MORRISTOWN -- The Greater Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce February BOCES Student of the Month is Dekota Green, a senior from Morristown Central School.
Dekota is a student in the Graphic Communications Program taught by Ronald Shirtz.
“Dekota demonstrates creativity and talent with all her work,” Shirtz said. “She often exceeds the requirements of her assigned projects...and exhibits initiative and problem solving when given any project. She is a real pleasure and asset to the class.”
Dekota said her plans “are to provide a new generation of advanced graphics for video games. This has been my dream since I was a kid -- to make video games and BOCES has provided basic skills to help my future.”
