OGDENSBURG -- Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center has recognized three employees as part of its new “Defenders” marketing program.
Chelsea Reynolds, RN, surgical services, was recognized as a “Brawler” (effectively manages challenge and hardship; is strong and confident, and empowers others).
Jackson Shatraw, director of supply chain management, was recognized as a “Renegade” (troubleshooter and problem solver; an innovator; and continuously seeks improvement).
Ellen Pluta, mental health unit treatment coordinator, was recognized as a “Warrior” (team player; fully engaged in their role; and dependable and has the power to endure).
Each winner received flowers, a recognition certificate, gift cards, a special parking space, and lunch with Claxton-Hepburn CEO Chuck Gijanto at a restaurant of their choice.
The Claxton Defenders Employee Recognition Program is part of Claxton-Hepburn’s marketing campaign, “Tomorrow is worth defending.”
New “Defenders” will be recognized each quarter. Employees are nominated by co-workers and supervisors.
