CANTON -- A SUNY Canton sports management class is hosting a tournament at Partridge Run Golf Course on April 26 with an 11 a.m. shotgun start.
Entry is $60 per person or $240 per team, with a four-person captain and crew format.
Proceeds will benefit SUNY Canton's Sports Management Student Association, which will be used for educational field trips such as working with the USCAA Basketball Tournament in Pennsylvania, and working with Syracuse University's athletic program.
It is flighted by gender, and handicap, mixed teams play the men's flight.
Events will include hole-in-one awards, $5,000 putt for cash, $500 putting contest, par-three poker, drive and closest to pin contest, raffles and door prizes.
A roast beef dinner is included in the entry fee.
Each player gets a gift bag, which includes a t-shirt.
