RENSSELAER FALLS -- Rensselaer Falls Library Association’s 14th Annual 5k Walk/Run starts from the Rensselaer Falls Fire Hall Saturday, May 21.
Race day registration begins at 8:30 a.m. Walkers set out at 9:15 a.m., runners at 9:30.
The early registration fee is $12, and on the day of the event, $15.
T-shirts will go to the first 50 registrants.
There will be post-race refreshments and awards, including SLU bookstore gifts certificates to the top male and female runners and walkers plus drawings for other prizes.
And there will be chili and bagels. Early registrations can be mailed by May 12 to Christine Laquier, P.O. Box 10, Rensselaer Falls, NY 13680, with checks payable to Rensselaer Falls Library Association.
