• Sept. 14: Food Sensitivities vs. Food Allergies. Could your hidden food sensitivities be causing your headaches, depression, foggy thinking, joint aches, skin problems and difficulty losing weight? Do you crave the foods that you are sensitive to? Learn how to determine your sensitivities and create a new, healthier you!
• Oct. 19: Supplementing Your Prescription. Drug-induced nutrient depletion can lead to an increase in side effects and deterioration in health. Instead of chalking this up to “old age,” learn why this happens and how to determine what nutrients should be replaced if you are taking medications for blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol and others.
• Oct. 26: Eat Like a Cave Man? What is all the hype about the Paleo Diet? Will eating a diet composed primarily of lean meats, healthy fats, vegetables and some fruit and nuts actually reduce inflammation, improve autoimmune illnesses, reduce fat and help you feel better?
