All Holy Family graduates are invited and about 500 have thus far replied with intent of attending, according to Ray Fenton of the class of 1969.
On Friday there will be a golf outing at the Massena Country Club beginning at 1:30 p.m., hosted by John Horan and Dan Carroll. Anyone wishing to play should contact Fenton at 250-4445.
On Friday night, each class will have their own social hours at various venues around town all beginning at or around 5 p.m.
Classes of 1964 to 1966 will meet at the American Legion, East Orvis Street. Classes of 1967 to 1969 will convene at Coach's Corner, Willow Street. Classes of 1970 to 1975 will be at the Village Inn, state Route 37B. Classes of 1976 to 1978 will be at Skip's Retreat, East Orvis Street.
On Saturday afternoon, the old Holy Family school, now J.W. Leary Junior High, will be open at 2 p.m. for those who wish to roam the halls and reminisce, with a Mass to be celebrated in the old gym at 4 p.m. At 5 p.m. until whenever, all classes will be hosted by the Cecot family at the Village Inn for an informal evening of fun, food and good friends. Entertainment is to be provided by Ken Beckstead, who has contracted three groups of performers. On each evening, photographer Sheila Daoust will take candid pictures of and will make the photos accessible online.
