MASSENA – The “New York State Catholic Health Plan” Fidelis Care and Kids Korner Pediatric and Adolescent Center are sponsoring a session Monday, Feb. 10, to help uninsured residents in St. Lawrence County apply for free or low-cost health insurance coverage.
A Fidelis Care representative will be at Kids Korner Pediatric and Adolescent Center, 1 Hospital Drive in Massena, from 1 to 5 p.m. that day to answer questions about health insurance and help eligible residents apply. Current Fidelis Care customers can also get help completing their annual recertification.
Those unable to attend may contact Fidelis Care at (888) 343-3547 to make an appointment to meet with a Fidelis Care representative.
