CANTON – The cofounder and CEO of a digital publishing company will speak on his experience in international business partnerships at SUNY Canton Monday, April 18 at 4:30 p.m., in the college’s Kingston Theater.
Speaker Yang Ni's newest international business, Inforgence America, creates mobile apps that deliver magazines, books, newspapers, and other traditionally printed media on mobile devices, including Apple's iPads and iPhones. Ni founded the company in 2010, and has launched more than 30 unique apps in both Chinese and American marketplaces.
His talk is entitled "In Pursuit of Dreams in a Curved and Flat World.” It is free and open to the public.
Ni has published many articles in the areas of globalization, law, and international relations and has presented to the New York State Bar Association on international law, among many other business, legal, and societal topics for a variety of audiences.
