CANTON – The Canton Goldenaires Men’s Chorus will once again be offering singing Valentines on Wednesday, Feb. 14.
Three quartets of Goldenaires will deliver the singing Valentines all over St. Lawrence County.
Each Valentine will include a rose, small box of candy, and a couple performed love songs for $40. Proceeds from the event will fund the Goldenaire’s scholarship program.
High school seniors in St. Lawrence County can learn more about the scholarship through BOCES or their guidance office. Last year the the Goldenaires awarded 4 scholarships totaling $1,800.
The group has awarded $12,000 over the past 15 years.
The singing Valentine service is being offered in conjunction with Canton Winterfest. Call or text Vicki at 315-379-9848 or 315-261-9828, or see a chorus member for details and/or an application.
The group will deliver all over the county from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Feb. 14.
