GOUVERNEUR -- The monthly Lunch & Learn program at Gouverneur Hospital will be held on May 22 from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. in the hospital community room.
The topic for this month’s program is “Breaking the Bonds of Food Cravings.”
Do you ever crave or over-eat certain foods, even though you know they aren’t healthy, or even when eating them makes you feel sick?
You are not alone.
Program presenters will be Emma Brackett, LCSW, CASAC, Chemical Dependency and Amanda Millington, RDN, Nutrition Services from Canton Potsdam Hospital.
The program includes a presentation, lunch and time for questions.
Advance reservations are required by May 21.
