POTSDAM – The St. Lawrence County Arts Council has been offering a series of classes designed for adults with disabilities in our community. These classes will meet the first, third and fifth Thursday from 10 a.m. to noon at Downtown Snell Hall.
Adults with disabilities in our community are invited to join this ongoing series of arts explorations. Tracy Wanamaker, a certified music therapist, will lead participants in music, arts and crafts activities.
A new activity will happen on June 16. Beth Robinson will lead the group through a variety of traditional social dances with live music provided. All classes are free and open to any adults with disabilities, but pre-registration is required for each class. Donations are accepted.
If you would like more information about this ongoing series of arts explorations, contact the SLC Arts Council at 265-6860 or www.slcartscouncil.org.
