WANAKENA -- Rick Kovacs and Angie Oliver of the Wanakena General Store and Packbasket Adventures have launched a new website at www.nysstickers.com selling stickers and magnets celebrating the Adirondacks and the various outdoor activities the region is famous for.
“They are one of the most popular items in our store and we have been getting increasing web requests for them,” said Kovacs.
The items can be placed on bumpers, windows, refrigerators or lockers, and Kovacs and Oliver suggest they make good gifts.
Their plan is to eventually offer stickers for other parts of New York State including the St. Lawrence Seaway, Thousand Islands, Finger Lakes, Catskills and Niagara regions.
