POTSDAM – The Potsdam Center for Sight at 12 Main St. has closed.
A fax sent to North Country This Week said the location closed in December. Anyone who has not yet made arrangements for their glasses to be picked up in Potsdam may receive them at the Massena Center for Sight, 17 Hospital Drive.
The Center for Sight opened in Potsdam in the Snell Building at 6604 Rt. 56, north of the village. It later relocated to the former VideoRama location next to the Roxy Theater.
The center provided cataract, glaucoma treatment, Lasik, RK and PRK services, corneal transplants, cosmetic surgery, pediatric services, and Botox and fillers.
Anyone with questions is encouraged to call 1-877-454-EYES. The firm continues to operate at the main location in Watertown, as well as at offices in Ogdensburg, Massena, Gouverneur and Lowville.
A phone to the company’s chief operating officer was not immediately returned.
