Lauren Renee Chase and David Russell Evans were married July 18 at Langhorne Presbyterian Church, Langhorne, PA. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Bill Teague, minister of Langhorne Presbyterian Church.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, John Chase. Adam Miller, friend of the groom, read scripture. Ryan Thomas, Colton, played the guitar and sang “I Will Be Here” by Steven Curtis Chapman.
Other attendants included Cassie Chase, sister of the bride; Katie Evans Coons, sister of the groom; and Monica Weekes and Kristen Prins, friends.
After the ceremony the couple left the church in the back of a pickup truck driven by the brother of the bride, Ethan Chase. The reception was held at Rosenbank Winery, Newton, PA.
The groom’s best man his brother, Jordan Evans. Groomsmen and ushers included Ethan Chase, brother of the bride; and Justus Cade, Adam Miller, and Timothy Wilson, friends from college and high school.
The bride is the daughter of John and Barbara Chase, 1222 Highland Ave., Langhorne, PA. She was an elementary education major at Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA. She is a first grade teacher at Shenyang International School, Shenyang, China.
The groom is the son of Bill and Becky Evans, Colton. He attended Word of Life Bible Institute for two years, SUNY Canton for one year, and Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA for three years. He is teaching fourth grade at Shenyang International School, Shenyang, China.
The couple will reside in Shenyang, China.
