Katie M. Hayes and Scott M. Geidel were married August 28, 2010, at 1 p.m. at St. Mary’s Church, Potsdam.
Katie is the daughter of Dan and Gayle Hayes, Potsdam. Scott is the son of Henry and Rebecca Geidel, Potsdam.
Fr. Raymond J. Moreau and Msgr. John Murphy performed the ceremony.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, Dan Hayes. Lectors were Laurie Frank and Gail Constantini. Michelle Martin-Atwood was the organist and Dr. Lonel Woods was the cantor.
The maid of honor was Makenzie Taylor, cousin of the bride. Attendants included: Catherine Geidel, Morgan Powers, Reaghan Hayes and Emily Baxter.
The best man of Henry “Gus” Geidel IV, brother of the groom. Groomsmen included: Michael Hayes, Trevor Mason, Cory Paczkowski, Barton Paczkowski and Greg Paczkowski.
An outdoor reception was held at Northern Family Motel and was catered by Coach’s Corner.
They couple honeymooned in Bar Harbor, Maine. They will reside in Potsdam.
