Jennifer Lynn Sheldon and Kristopher Michael Durant were married September 5, 2009, at Christian Family Tabernacle, Kendrew Corners, with Rev. Eric Harblin officiating. The bride was given in marriage by her son and mother, Zachary Sheldon and Evelyn Mayhew.
The bride is the daughter of Evelyn Mayhew, 575 Lost Village Rd., Ogdensburg, and Robert Mayhew, March Lane, Zephyrhills, FL
The groom is the son of Edward and Kathleen Durant, 4 Sleepy Hollow, Ogdensburg.
Matron of honor was sister of the groom, Kristine Williams. Bridesmaids included sister of the groom, Sara Durant, and sister of the bride, Danielle Brooks; and junior bridesmaid was daughter of the groom, Samantha Durant.
The groom’s brother-in-law, Dennis Williams, was best man. Groomsmen included Earl Walrath, friend of the groom, and Jason Black, cousin of the groom. Junior usher was son of the bride, Zachary Sheldon.
A reception was held at Lisbon American Legion. Music included karaoke by Twister. The couple went to Ausable Chasm for their honeymoon.
Jennnifer is a 1989 graduate of Heuvelton Central School, a 1991 graduate of Cazenovia College and a 2005 graduate of the BOCES LPN program. She is employed at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center as a LPN in obstetrics.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of OFA and is employed by ST Trucking.
The couple resides at 214 Rensselaer St., Rensselaer Falls.
