DEKALB — Bryan Thompson will present a talk on the war maneuvers that involved 80,000 troops and were held in August of 1940 in St. Lawrence County. He will speak at the Meetinghouse Museum, 696 East De Kalb Rd., at 7 p.m. on June 16. The lecture is free and everyone is welcome.
