POTSDAM — The village began paving Pine Street today, July 23.
The work is scheduled to go for two days until July 24 due to the length and width of the street, said a message to homeowners from Greg Thompson, village DPW supervisor.
“We are asking all residents to make accommodations accordingly, so they are not driving on freshly put down blacktop,” Thompson said in the message.
The village Department of Public Works will be paving the Agway and National Grid sid eo the street today (Tuesday).
The Pine Street arena side will be paved Wednesday.
The village anticipates being finished with the work by the close of business Wednesday if weather cooperates.
