GOUVERNEUR — Two people were charged with introducing prison contraband on Aug. 31, according to state police.
Erin M. Pate, 23, Centerville, Texas, was cited for second-degree introducing prison contraband at 10:48 a.m., officers said.
Roxann N. Powell-Soomai, 36, was charged with second-degree introducing prison contraband at 10:48 a.m. as well, police said.
Both subjects were cited and released, officers said.
