GOUVERNEUR – Tracy L. Shippee, age 60, formerly of Richville, passed away on February 8, 2025 at his home in Gouverneur.

There will be a private burial in Spragueville Cemetery in the spring.

Arrangements are with French Funeral Home in Gouverneur.
