Theresa G. Tracy, 91, Gouverneur

GOUVERNEUR- Theresa G. Tracy, age 91, passed away on March 18, 2025 at her home in Windham, Connecticut while under the care of her family and Hospice.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 1:00PM at Maple Grove Cemetery in Richville with Rev. James Seymour officiating. Calling hours will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Frary Funeral Home, 33 Park Street, Gouverneur.

Theresa was born on December 5, 1933 in Benson Mines, the daughter of Oneil and Alma (Miller) Gebo. She graduated from Clifton Fine High School. Theresa married Joseph C. Tracy on October 15, 1955. She worked for a telephone company in Watertown as an operator and later as a supervisor.

Theresa is survived by her husband Joseph, and a son Tim and his wife Altagracia, two granddaughters Autumn and Abigail Tracy. She is predeceased by a son, Joseph Jr, and a brother Robert Gebo.

She enjoyed reading, cooking and baking, and bowling.
