The Franklin-St. Lawrence NYSUT United Retirees (FSNUR) is sponsoring a Social Hour at the Township 7 Brewing Company beginning at 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 18.

All retired teachers, active teachers, and friends are invited.

The Township 7 Brewing Company is along 11B in Dickinson Center, 303 State Route 11B.  The location was chosen as a half-way point between Potsdam and Malone.

FSNUR is part of the NYSUT Retiree Services Program established to assist retirees in a variety of areas.  They have also sponsored many local events including conferences dealing with issues of importance to retirees, tours at the local landmarks, such as the Remington Museum and the St. Lawrence Power and Equipment Museum.

 Currently, they are hosting a bus trip on August 21 to  New York City for a Yankees/Red Sox baseball game and Circle Line Boat Tour around Manhattan.  

Information about FUSNR and the baseball game will be available along with conversation among friends.
