NORWOOD — The 14th Annual Swim-a-Mile for Hospice will take place Saturday, Aug. 3, at 8 a.m. at Norwood Beach.

Participants ages 10 and up can opt to swim a mile, 1/2 mile or 1/4 mile length course to help fundraising for Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley.

A light breakfast and snack will be served at registration.

Swimmers can fundraise until the day of the swim. After registering, a personal fundraising link is generated for each swimmer to share via email or social media to encourage donations to support their activity.

Prizes for top fundraisers will be given out at the swim August 3.

Non-swimmers who  want to be involved can register as a Fundraiser at https://secure.qgiv.com/event/swimamileforhospice2024 and receive a personal fundraising link to share via email or social media.

Prizes will be awarded to the top swimming fundraisers, top team and top school. Additional prizes will be awarded to swimmers who raise $250 or more.
