CANTON – Nick Lyndaker, a member of St. Lawrence University's Class of 2026, shattered a 40-year-old school record in the 3,000-meter race at the Fastrack National Invitational held this spring in Staten Island, N.Y.
Clocking in at 8:13.87, Lyndaker surpassed the previous record held by Jukka Tammisuo, St. Lawrence Class of 1987. This achievement is a testament to Lyndaker's dedication and talent, following in the footsteps of his All-American parents, Jeff, Class of 1995, and Deb Danehy Lyndaker, Class of 1997.
