Kimberly Collins and her daughter, Kashtyn, of Hannawa Falls, pick strawberries June 8 at Martin's Farmstand, 11 Needham Rd, Potsdam. It was the first day of picking at the farm this year. Hours of u-pick are Monday evenings 5-8 p.m., Wednesdays 2-6 p.m. and Saturdays 7 a.m.-6 p.m., but the patch closes when all the berries are picked. NCNow photo
