Stefanik would be yes man to Trump as Governor, says Colton resident

Is Stefanik exploring a gubernatorial run for New York State?  Please no! I may not agree with Governor Hochul on many of her policies, but I will take her politics over Stefanik’s any day.  Hochul has stood against Trump, where Stefanik has become northing more than a “yes man” to the current President. But that is my opinion.

However, here are a few bills Stefanik voted against in Congress:

  • The right to Contraception Act (restricting access to birth control)
  • The Women’s Health Protection Act (A woman’s right to choose health care over her own body.)
  • Consumer Fuel Price Gouging Act (making it unlawful for a person selling goods at grossly inflated prices.)
  • Protecting our Democracy Act - (preventing abuses of Presidential power;  keeps checks and balances with accountability and transparency; and election integrity)

However, Stefanik voted yes for The Save Act.  An act that might prevent married women from voting.

Stefanik has shown her true colors in supporting the current damage the President of our country has done in his first 100 days.

She is a “yes man.” A pawn.  In my opinion, New York State cannot afford the damage a “yes man” to the current President can do, as our Governor.
